This is another one of those videos that was more or less filmed documentary style because I couldn't get myself to turn the camera around at my face. Danny and I found super cheap tickets to Israel while we were in Budapest so we decided to go for a week because neither of us had been before. We rented a car which ended up being our place of residence for the seven days that we were there. Which was brutal in the desert heat. We explored Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, and Eilat. All of which blew us away. We also unknowingly walked into a standoff/protest in Jerusalem that was partially due to the threat of a potential terrorist attack. (And there ended up being violent riots right where we were standing just 24 hours later.) But overall it was an eye opening, incredible trip. Oh and we had a 12 hour layover in Istanbul, Turkey. The camera stopped working for some of the trip but I tried to fill in the gaps with explanation. This may also be the last video from the Europe/Middle East series. So the good news is we'll be forced to put out our newer content.
