This one had been on the bucket list for awhile. I had vague memories of seeing photos of a full pipe somewhere in Northern California a few years back that you had to float across a river to get to. As we were driving down the west coast, I made a couple calls and was able to get the pin. So after we left Woodward, we piled in Mason's van and headed north. We camped in a Walmart parking lot, woke up, bought the supplies we needed and made our way to the pipe. After a slight slip up with the inflatable unicorn we bought, we made a second trip to Walmart and finally were able to float across to ride it. We also went to San Francisco (where Mason's van got broken into) and Yosemite for a few hours before heading back to LA to get ready to fly to Australia.
